We note that this issue has been reported multiple times within a short period. Under the PlusHeat Terms and Conditions, repeated callouts for the same or recurring fault may indicate ongoing misuse, lack of maintenance, or an underlying issue that falls outside the scope of standard cover. In such circumstances, we are unable to authorise a further visit under the plan at this time.

Although we cannot proceed under your cover on this occasion, you have the following options:

  1. Out-of-plan attendance: We can arrange for an engineer to attend on a chargeable basis to carry out a full diagnostic assessment and recommend a permanent solution.

  2. Independent contractor: You may wish to appoint a local qualified specialist to investigate the recurring issue further.

We appreciate that this may be frustrating and want to reassure you that our decision is based strictly on the terms of your policy. We remain committed to supporting you wherever possible.
